BBQ recipe

Recipe:

Marinated vegetable-chicken-skewers



Ingredients serve 4:
500 g chicken breast filet or turkey breast filet
5 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 tablespoon Oil (peanut-oil)
2 teaspoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Sambal oelek (chilli paste)
1 Courgette
300g Mushrooms
300g Cherry tomatoes

Preparation:
Cut the boneless, skinless meat into cubes. Mix the soy sauce with vinegar, oil, honey and sambal oelek. Mix this with the meat in an airtight box. Leave it, preferably over night but at least 3-4 hours, in the fridge to marinate. Wash the vegetables and cut it in big pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Place the meat and the vegetables on the skewers (start with 2 pieces of vegetable and then 1 piece of meat and so on!). Then place the skewers on the BBQ and you’re done!

This amount is enough for approx. 12 skewers.
